At present, the situation of pneumonia epidemic infected with new coronavirus is becoming more and more serious. Our company pays attention to the prevention and control of pneumonia outbreaks caused by new coronaviruses. Since the outbreak, the company is very concerned about your health and safety.
We urge all employees to cooperate with the company to do epidemic prevention and control works, which is related to the health of you, your family and the whole society, and is also the responsibility and obligation of each of our citizens required by the Law of the People ’s Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases. To this, we propose the following suggestions for employees returning to Dongguan from Wuhan and Hubei provinces, and employees returning to Dongguan from all over the country in order to assist in epidemic prevention works to protect the health of the people.
1. Employees who returned to Dongguan from Hubei in the past 14 days and had a body temperature above 37.3 degrees should contact our company's administrative department and stay in the local town street hospital for isolation.
2. Employees who returned to Wuhan from Wuhan in the last 14 days with a body temperature of less than 37.3 degrees should report to the company's administration department, and go to the local town street centralized medical observation centre for medical observation.
3. In the past 14 days, employees who returned to Dongguan from Hubei (exclude Wuhan city), with a body temperature below 37.3 degrees, the company will issue a home isolation health notice to the employee, and require them to quarantine at home for 14 days.
4. Employees with body temperature above 37.3 degrees from other parts of the country in the past 14 days, please put on a mask immediately and notify our administrative department to arrange a checkup at the local town clinic for further examination.
5. In the past 14 days, employees from other parts of the country who have been reexamined with a body temperature below 37.3 degrees will be given entry into the factory.
In addition, the following are the suggestions for employees who have not returned to Dongguan:
1. If you feel unwell, please take the initiative to stay at home for 14 days. Do not visit relatives or friends within 14 days, and do not contact with outsiders. After 14 days, the isolation can be lifted if there are no symptoms.
2. When symptoms of fever and cough occur, please put on a mask, and go to the second-level or higher general hospital for treatment immediately. Do not go to other departments. Please inform the doctor of your travel history when visiting.
3. Please take good care of family members, try not to participate in social activities, do not entertain guests at home. Indoor ventilation, frequent ventilation, household items should be cleaned everyone and disinfected regularly.
4. Please take the initiative to report to your township.
